  If I could give these guys less than one star I definitely would. I placed an order with these guys on February 5 and it said expected arrival to my house would be February 15. On February 16 I got an email saying that they needed more information and to verify my order. I mean really it takes them 11 days to tell me this when I'm already supposed to have my product. So then I call their phone number what they call customer service which is a joke (A bunch of underpaid immigrants that probably aren't even in this country and can't even speak any English properly) So after refusing to transfer me to a manager I told him to cancel my order. Once they realize they were going to lose my business they called me back and then told me what the status of my order was which was nothing that I didn't already know. Customer service my ass... Horrible organization, or should I say disorganization. There is no customer service here whatsoever so if you have a month to wait for your order then sure go ahead and play some I can't speak for the quality of the neither equipment because I haven't received it nor after this experience do I want to have it. While on the phone I did hold for 30 minutes before even talking to anybody so I'm glad I didn't buy this product because if I had had problems with it I would've been on hold all day.
